Job description

Your mission

As a Content Producer, you will be at the heart of Mekanika's content production. You will work under the responsibility of our Head of Marketing to design and produce all of the brand's visual materials: graphic design for web and print, video editing, content creation for social networks, newsletters and commercial supports. You will be the person who visually brings our brand to life on a daily basis, whether for our organic content or for our advertising campaigns, in an environment where we prioritize in-house production.

Your responsibilities 

  • Graphic design (web & print): Design visuals for social networks, the website, newsletters, flyers, brochures and any communication medium, respecting the brand's guidelines. Design assets for our digital advertising campaigns. Create and adapt layouts in Figma and the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Video editing: Assemble and edit simple video content for social media and the website from rushes filmed in-house or by freelancers. Produce short, dynamic formats adapted to different platforms.

  • Content creation for social networks: Produce visuals (photo and video) and write content for publications on our various platforms. Participate in the development of the editorial calendar with the Head of Marketing.

  • Content writing: Write engaging copy for newsletters, social media captions, blog posts, and sales materials, consistent with the brand's tone.

  • Visual identity and brand consistency: Guarantee the rigorous application of the graphic charter on all media. To be the guardian of Mekanika's visual coherence.

  • Project coordination: Coordinate video shoots with freelancers, user story and customer testimonial projects, and relationships with influencers and partners.

  • Photo & video (assets): Produce product, workshop or event photos and videos in-house when necessary.

Profile

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in visual content creation, graphic design, or visual communication.

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Video editing skills (Premiere Pro or equivalent) for short, dynamic formats.

  • A sharp eye for design, aesthetics, and brand coherence.

  • Strong writing skills in French and English.

  • Experience creating content for social media with an understanding of different platforms.

  • Photography skills are a valued bonus.

  • A creative, autonomous, and production-oriented mindset: you love delivering quality content, consistently.

  • Comfortable collaborating with freelancers and external partners.
