Communication, Events & Sales Support Manager
Job description
As part of our development, we are looking for a versatile, creative and organized person, capable of managing our communication, our presence at trade fairs and events, as well as the daily commercial support.
Main missions:
1/ Communication Manager (Networks & Presentations):
Management and animation of social networks
Content creation (visuals, texts, presentations, articles, etc.)
Updated presentation materials
Performance analysis and reporting
Participation in the definition and deployment of the marketing strategy
2/ Trade Shows & Events Manager:
Logistical organisation of trade fairs and events
Presence at trade fairs (reception, presentation, making contacts, etc.)
Communication before/during/after events
Coordination
Post-event contact tracing
3/ Sales support:
Follow-up of leads and customers
Preparation of quotes and commercial documents
Use of ERP and CRM (Odoo type)
Managing and updating contact databases and resellers
Profile
The ideal profile:
Creative, enthusiastic and curious
Comfortable speaking and writing
French and English required, other languages appreciated
Startup spirit (autonomous, taking initiative, etc.)
Team spirit and sharing
Bachelor's degree in communication and/or marketing (or similar experience)
Interested in the energy and ecological transition
Skills:
Mastery of an ERP / CRM (Odoo type)
Good general computer skills
Proficiency in office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proficiency in the Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop – depending on level)
Mastery and management of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Notions in digital marketing and visual communication
Ability to structure, analyze and monitor data (reporting, tables)
