Engage regularly with the local KYC & FC business unit to constructively share cases, dilemmas and knowledge.
Ensure that findings are communicated in a benevolent manner, taking into account development needs, and that they are communicated to all relevant stakeholders, such as KYC & FC business units and Compliance.
Contribute to proposals for improvements to existing processes and policies to ensure Triodos Bank remains compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, and identify gaps in non-compliance where necessary.
Perform delegated activities to support the identification and assessment of risks and issues.
Support the team leader in the collection, preparation, analysis and finalisation of reports for the relevant risk bodies and committees, with a focus on topics of specific interest to the Belgian sector.
