Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the technical foundations of our projects: architecture design, choice of solutions, robustness and performance of systems.

You guarantee code quality and technical consistency, while remaining an active developer on a daily basis: you support the team on the development and optimization of our mobile applications, from the back-end (FastAPI, TypeScript) to the front-end (Flutter).

👉 Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of the strategy and the technical design of the products

• Guide back- and front-end architecture decisions

• Support teams through mentoring, code reviews, and sharing best practices.

• Ensuring code quality, security and the use of best practices

• Implement and scale CI/CD pipelines.

• Ensure infrastructure scalability, observavility, and security

• Ensuring technology monitoring

Technical environment:

• Cloud: GCP

• Frontend: Flutter

• Backend: TypeScript, FastAPI

• You have a critical mind and excellent problem-solving skills

Knowledge 🤓

• 6+ years of experience

  • in mobile development (preferably Flutter/Dart)

  • in backend projects (migration to FastAPI in progress)

• Good knowledge of mobile architecture

• Experience in DevOps (CI/CD, infra as code, observability)

• Experience with Agile methodology
