Job description

As a Growth & Marketing Lead, you drive eFarmz's growth across the entire funnel: acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Your role is to analyze our performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate them into concrete priorities and projects with the various teams.

You manage the Growth roadmap and ensure that our resources and investments are focused on the levers with the highest impact on our business objectives.

You manage and support the Marketing Manager and work closely with the CTO, as well as with the Product, Buying, Operations, and Logistics teams.

You report directly to the CEO.

Growth & Performance

  • Analyze performance and identify key growth levers

  • Define, prioritize, and manage the Growth roadmap

  • Monitor Growth KPIs and their evolution

  • Translate analyses into concrete and prioritized action plans

  • Develop a Test & Learn approach and measure the impact of initiatives

  • Define analysis needs and leverage BI tools developed with the CTO

Acquisition

  • Define and manage the multichannel acquisition strategy

  • Identify, test, and develop new acquisition channels

  • Manage CAC and the overall performance of acquisition investments

  • Manage and challenge SEA / SEO partners

  • Challenge and support the acquisition levers managed by the Marketing Manager

  • Identify and develop high-growth potential partnerships

Conversion & Customer Experience

  • Analyze the funnel and customer journeys to identify key friction points

  • Identify and prioritize CRO / UX initiatives based on their business potential

  • Build business requirements related to website developments with the CTO and the Marketing Manager

  • Define and prioritize relevant experiments: A/B tests, personalization, UX...

  • Measure their impact on conversion and business performance

CRM, Retention & Loyalty

  • Analyze the performance of retention, repurchase, churn, and customer value

  • Identify opportunities to improve loyalty and customer value

  • Challenge and co-create CRM priorities with the Marketing Manager

  • Measure the business impact of CRM and loyalty initiatives

Budget & Management

  • Manage the Marketing & Growth budget and its trade-offs

  • Co-create Marketing investments with the Marketing Manager

  • Prioritize resources based on their expected business impact

  • Manage, support, and develop the Marketing Manager

  • Foster smooth collaboration between Marketing, Tech, Product, Buying, and Operations

Profile

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Growth, e-commerce or Digital Marketing, with hands-on experience in driving growth

  • Proven experience in multichannel e-commerce acquisition and CAC optimization

  • Solid understanding of conversion, CRO and customer journey challenges

  • Good command of CRM, retention, churn, repurchase and LTV mechanics

  • Strong analytical and business acumen: ability to turn data into decisions and action plans

  • Experience in building and prioritizing a Growth roadmap

  • Ability to evaluate initiatives based on their impact, cost and effort

  • Good understanding of e-commerce UX/UI challenges, without needing to be a designer

  • Ability to work effectively with a technical team and translate business needs into functional requirements, comfortable with SQL

  • Experience in budget management and allocation of Marketing/Growth investments

  • Experience in management, mentoring and skills development

  • Curious, pragmatic, agile in implementation, autonomous, with strong execution skills and results-oriented 

  • Comfortable in an SME environment where resources and budgets require prioritization

  • Good command of AI and automation tools applied to business challenges

  • Fluent in French; Dutch is a plus

  • Sensitivity to the values of organic, local and sustainable food
