Local Growth Marketeer

As a Local Growth Marketeer in our Belgian office, you will play a key role in acquiring new customers through high-impact brand and acquisition campaigns. You will work closely with our local marketing team, while exchanging with international colleagues to share learnings and scale up successes. As a Local Growth Marketeer, you will focus on acquiring new customers by developing and implementing data-driven strategies that strengthen the Triodos brand and drive growth. Your main priority will be to contribute to the common goals of the Belgian marketing team, including campaigns, performance measurement and reporting.

You will also collaborate with international teams on broader initiatives to accelerate or improve local business performance and control.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and acquisition campaigns in order to attract new customers to the Belgian market.

• Optimize digital channels — SEA, SEO, display, and social media — to maximize reach and conversion.

• Collaborate with the Group's brand managers and growth marketeers to ensure consistency of messages and strategy, as well as to translate the Group's initiatives into local actions.

• Analyze performance data to refine campaigns, identify new growth opportunities and define local needs to address the Group's value streams and expertise to drive change.

• Contribute to a culture of shared learning, in which local learnings fuel Group-wide success.

What you bring

• You are committed to Triodos' mission and are able to translate our values into compelling marketing strategies.

• You have at least five years of experience in growth marketing, brand campaigns, or new customer acquisition.

• You are proficient in SEA, SEO and digital advertising, and have a strong analytical mind.

• You thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing local execution with international alignment.

• You are passionate about sustainable finance and want to make a concrete impact through your work.
