Actively participate in the Local Marketing Squad, contributing to the development and implementation of the local marketing plan, in line with the Group's strategy.
Provide inputs to the Group's content formats based on local experiences.
Implement specific marketing activities at the local level that cannot be centralized, such as events, webinars, sponsorships, and campaigns.
Ensure consistent execution of branding across all local channels, including tone of communication, in line with Group guidelines.
Manage relationships and contracts with external suppliers and agencies for local projects, ensuring quality and profitability.
Track and analyze the performance of local content, marketing communications activities, tools, and channels, and prepare actionable recommendations and analytics for local optimization.
Ensure alignment with other content-related stakeholders, e.g. Knowledge Management, Group Corporate Communications, TIM, Foundation, local legal and Compliance teams.
