Funds For Good is active in the financial sector. We offer investment solutions while supporting the local economy and entrepreneurs. Our organization consists of two entities: FFG Invest and FFG Impact.

• FFG Invest is the group's commercial entity. Together with renowned asset managers, FFG Invest develops and distributes investment strategies.

• FFG Impact is the entity with a social purpose. It supports entrepreneurs who struggle to access traditional financing by offering interest-free loans and professional advice.

The link between the two entities is based on a voluntary commitment by Funds For Good: 50% of FFG Invest's profits, resulting from the fees it receives for its activities around the funds, are transferred to FFG Impact.

This mechanism has no impact on the capital invested or on the return of investors. The social impact is financed by a portion of FFG Invest's profits, not by the money invested in these funds. Through this model, more than 1,500 entrepreneurs have already received the resources they need to start or further develop their businesses.

Funds For Good gives meaning to its employees, partners and investors, and builds a social project supported in the long term by a profitable economic activity.

In this versatile position, you combine operations, marketing, communication and office management. You bring structure behind the scenes, support our business operations, and help make our impact visible. No two days are the same, but thanks to your organizational talent and proactive approach, everything runs smoothly.

1. CRM and sales support

• You are the internal point of contact for the use of the various modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including database management, reporting, event management, and email campaigns.

• You will coordinate the production of commercial content, such as commercial materials, regulatory documents and specific communications.

2. Communication and marketing

• You manage and monitor the communication calendar.

• You help you think about content that links our two activities: FFG Invest and FFG Impact.

• You will be responsible for planning and coordinating content creation.

• You draw attention to our social activities through various channels and formats, such as business gifts, photo essays and testimonials.

3. Coordination of events

• You will plan, organize and follow up on external digital and physical events for our clients and partners, such as webinars, business lunches, conferences and contractor markets.

• You are also responsible for planning, organizing and following up on internal events, including team meetings, team buildings, Christmas dinner, contractor visits and trainings.

4. Office Management and HR

• You maintain contact with the company's suppliers.

• You occasionally take on HR administrative tasks.

IMPORTANT NOTE 

Funds For Good is a small, agile organization that is constantly looking for new opportunities and collaborations.

• You are bilingual Dutch-French. Ideally, Dutch should be your native language.

• You can express yourself fluently in English in a professional context.

Our selection process consists of three clear steps. First, the candidate meets with the sales manager and some members of the team. During this personal meeting, we get to know each other, discuss the position and see if there is a mutual connection. The candidate then develops a practical file that corresponds to the responsibilities of the position. This gives both parties a concrete picture of the approach, skills and expectations. Finally, a conversation takes place with one of the founders of Funds For Good. This conversation provides an opportunity to deepen our vision, values, and corporate culture.
