  • You contribute to business cases, financial projections and investment decisions.

  • You participate in the financial integration of taken-over facilities.

  • You develop and evolve financial tools, reporting and decision-support models.

Profile

  • You hold a Master’s degree in management, finance, economics, management engineering or equivalent.

  • You have proven experience of at least 5 years in a financial function combining several areas such as management control, accounting, audit, reporting or subsidy management.

  • You master financial analysis, management control, accounting and budget building.

  • You possess a good understanding of tax issues and public subsidization mechanisms, or are able to quickly develop this expertise.

  • You have a strong command of Excel and are comfortable with ERPs and reporting tools.

  • You ideally have experience in the non-profit, public or association sector.

  • You have participated in transformation, takeover or integration projects, which is a real asset.

  • You adhere to the values of the social sector and show an interest in issues related to childcare.

  • You speak French fluently. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.

Why apply?

  • A full-time permanent contract with flexible working hours and the possibility of teleworking up to 3 days a week.

  • An exciting position with real future prospects in a fast-growing company.
