Auxiliaire de Stérilisation (H/F/X)

As a sterilization assistant, you apply procedures for handling the cleaning, disinfection, packaging, sterilization, and traceability of medical and surgical equipment, as well as loading and unloading sterilizers (autoclaves). This role is performed within a structured team and under the responsibility of a nurse.

• Apply traceability procedures and ensure quality and safety
• Participate in receiving equipment processed in the department
• Apply measures aimed at protecting staff
• Ensure equipment control, packaging, and maintenance
• Handle and label sterile equipment
• Foster teamwork and mutual support
• Collaborate with all care departments, medico-technical services, and, in particular, operating room users

Employment conditions:

• Hold a higher secondary education diploma.
• Sterilization assistant training is required;
• Have a perfect knowledge of French (B2 level).
