🌱 Join the Climate Tech movement as a Junior Account Development Representative
We are launching our second Junior Sales class and are looking for a small team of motivated and committed people who are ready to train and become sales experts in Europe.
This six-month internship aims to provide you with the basics, mentorship and hands-on experience needed to succeed and launch a meaningful career in a sustainability-focused industry.
🔥 What you'll do:
As a Junior ADR, you will be the link between the marketing team and the sales team. You will collaborate with the Sales & Partnerships team to:
Contact new prospects via email, LinkedIn and phone
Research target companies and identify the right contacts
Building your network in the exciting world of sustainability
Schedule appointments for the sales team and contribute to lead generation
Share your ideas with your cohort and mentors to refine your approach
Track your performance and make continuous progress
Profile
🎯 Your profile
We are looking for people who are curious, motivated and ready to learn. You have the right profile if:
You are a graduate of a business school (or equivalent) or at the beginning of your career, with the desire to learn B2B sales (and if you have learned through life, we want to know 😉 it)
You communicate easily in English, French and/or Dutch
You are comfortable with making contact, building relationships and working with goals
You care about the environment and want a meaningful job
You like startup environments where things move fast
You easily connect with people
You enjoy understanding the needs of others and solving their challenges
You are competitive and love to win
🟢 A first experience (internship, student job, volunteering) in sales or customer contact is a plus, but not mandatory.
