
Team Leader Talent Acquisition
Job description
Within Partenamut's Human Relations department, you will join a team of around forty passionate professionals and you will collaborate on many strategic and ambitious HR projects.
You will supervise the team of 6 recruiters and report directly to the HR manager in charge of Talent Acquisition and HR Partners.
👉 As a Talent Acquisition Team Leader :
You co-construct the Talent Acquisition strategy with your N+1, break it down into concrete measurable objectives and ensure its implementation in the field.
You will be a source of proposals to optimize our recruitment processes, with the aim of placing the internal and external customer experience at the center of our priorities.
As an expert in your field, you remain attentive to changes in the job market and recruitment trends in order to anticipate the needs of the organization and develop our approach. 📊
You will manage the performance of your department using relevant key indicators and organize activities efficiently to achieve the desired results.
You cultivate a healthy, stimulating and caring collaboration environment, encourage cross-functional exchanges within the HR department and promote fluid, caring and transparent communication.
You support your employees in their development through personal coaching, taking into account their individual needs and aspirations. 🙏
You will take the lead in HR projects to improve or automate activities related to Talent acquisition.
Profile
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Sciences or equivalent field. 🎓
You have a minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in recruiting in a wide range of "employee" profiles at different levels, within a company of similar size.
You have a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in managing a team of more than 5 people, with a collaborative leadership style.
You have an in-depth knowledge of various recruitment tools: (Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Linkedin, job boards, testing & assessments, onboarding).
You are comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, including the advanced functions of Excel, and collaborate effectively via MSTeams.
You stand out for your customer orientation, your sense of service and your daily involvement.
You are organized, results-oriented (analytical), rigorous and pragmatic while constantly seeking to improve practices.
Curious and proactive, you draw on internal and external best practices to enrich your thinking and challenge the existing.
Your interpersonal skills, your diplomacy and your excellent communication skills allow you to unite teams and create relationships of trust with your internal and external partners.
You have the ability to manage, lead and lead a cross-functional project.
