Job description
Within the Production department, you are responsible for ensuring that the insured person's files are always up to date on the basis of the information received from the insured or the relevant personnel departments.
On a day-to-day basis:
You enter the insureds' information on new affiliations/disaffiliations, changes in coverage and changes in family situation.
You ensure that the applications for the various insurance plans are filled out correctly and contact the insured or third parties in case of missing information or to provide important information.
You answer questions (e-mail/telephone) from policyholders, personnel departments or agents regarding production.
You follow up and encode the medical questionnaires during affiliation.
You report any complaints or shortcomings in procedures to your manager and make suggestions for improving certain processes.
Depending on your interest and ability to learn, you may be given additional tasks.
Profile
You are a final-year student in administration, secretarial or a related field.
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch (minimum Selor C1 level).
You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
You are rigorous and have an eye for detail.
