Job description
👉 Your responsibilities as a Health Literacy Content Expert:
Make health literacy a strategic lever for member experience, inclusion and understanding.
As a Health Literacy Content Expert, you will support the organization in building a shared culture of clarity and accessibility, through our content, journeys and interactions with members.
On a daily basis:
You co-construct the vision and strategy for health literacy across the organization.
You will support teams in integrating the principles of plain language, accessibility and inclusion into their daily practices.
You will work closely with the UX/CX, Communication, Innovation, Digital Transformation and Data teams to enrich the member experience.
You will design and write health content for all our communication media, defining their architecture and organization according to the principles of content design.
You participate in the assessment of literacy levels, analyze data and propose concrete improvements.
You develop partnerships with experts, researchers and health institutions to nurture innovation and applied research.
Profile
🎓 Your profile as a Health Literacy Content Expert:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism or equivalent.
You have at least 3 years of experience in communication strategy, content writing or digital accessibility in a health-related sector.
You have a solid understanding of health literacy tools and standards.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills (in French).
You have experience in collaborative work, user research and change management.
You have excellent skills in cross-functional coordination and project management.
You are proficient in technological tools to support the production and simplification of content (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, generative AI tools, Figma).
You have excellent pedagogical skills and an ability to popularize scientific information.
