Job description

The Market & Customer Intelligence (MCI) team is located in the Sales & Marketing department. A dozen people are in charge of analyses, reporting (BI, Tables), surveys (e.g. Customer satisfaction), research and market and competition intelligence. The main objectives of this Sales & Marketing department are sales (+35K new customers each year) and branding, as well as product management (managing and innovating Partenamut's offer).  

As a Data Leadyou manage the data division of the MCI team and you are responsible for internal reporting (on Tableau), tagging plans and digital data reporting, digital reporting (GA4, Looker) and sales & marketing analysis. The basis for this work exists, but now we want to professionalize the way we work and contribute more to the strategy and Partnership plans. 

Data & Reporting:

  • You improve the quality and relevance of the information available for decision-making.

  • You collect and process company data from different sources (digital, internal, external, public, etc.).

  • You develop and implement reporting tools and dashboards to enable better data visualization and analysis.

  • You will develop performance indicators to measure the company's efficiency and formulate optimization recommendations for the business.

Analysis:

  • You carry out analyses (on campaigns, performance, statistics and predictions, etc.) to anticipate the company's needs and trends and you discuss the results with the various managers. 

  • Together with your colleagues (Digital Channels, Sales, Marketing, etc.), you monitor the performance of the different channels.

Contribution to the strategy and plans of the Sales & Marketing department:

  • You identify performance weaknesses and make optimization recommendations for the Business, particularly for the Marketing and Sales departments (sales performance, campaign management, etc.) and you are actively involved in the Sales & Marketing planning. 

Team Management:

  • You manage your team by setting up work processes, distributing tasks and planning technical, human and financial resources and you help your employees grow through a coaching and support approach.

Profile

  • You have 10 years of experience in a similar role – related to Sales & Marketing.

  • You have a first experience in team management or have good skills (mentoring, leadership, etc.) to evolve into this type of function.

  • You are a good communicator and are able to present results and analyses in a clear and concise manner.

  • You are able to adapt to ever-changing technological and organizational environments.

  • You like to work in a team and are not afraid of project management.

  • You have a good command of modeling and forecasting techniques.

  • You are proficient in the following tools: Tableau (alternatively Power BI, QlikView), Google Analytics, Anatella (or any other ETL), Hotjar, Decibel, Hello Customer (or customer satisfaction measurement tool).

  • Knowledge of Python and SQL languages as well as knowledge of statistical and modeling tools are a plus.
