Job description

As a Business Partner of partner entities, you will support partner structures in optimizing their operations and financing, by identifying strategic and operational improvement levers, while strengthening collaboration, communication and sectoral representation. 📣

👉 On a daily basis:

You will analyse the operational mode and financing of the structures, and propose strategic improvements in order to optimise the operation of partner entities and simplify access to these services for our clients.
You will identify opportunities for improvement (processes, tools, resources) and make value-added recommendations in order to meet the tactical and operational needs of the business, while respecting the HR and END processes of the structures, in collaboration with the reference contacts for the support services.
You will support the departments in the implementation of improvements and projects, advising and challenging them in order to support them in the application and/or implementation of the improvements, and to be able to strengthen the management in the event of a crisis situation.
You promote clear and two-way communication with all Partenamut partners and representatives, in order to stimulate the sharing of best practices and build a common understanding of the issues.
You are the representative of certain regional matters in the sector in the regional commissions, together with members of the Partenamut management as required.

Profile

👌 Mandatory criteria:

You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a role with responsibilities in project management, management and strategic influence.
You are mobile and flexible, and are willing to travel regularly in the Brussels region as well as in Wallonia.
