
HR Business Partner - Operational
Job description
As an HRBP, you will contribute with your colleagues to the implementation of HR policies and the development of the skills of team leaders in order to promote collective performance, team commitment and the achievement of our organization's objectives.
👉 Your mission in 5 points:
🤝 Individual support and coaching of operational team leaders
Act as a trusted partner and HR coach for team leaders to promote their professional development and autonomy.
Develop and manage their integration process: personalized welcome plan, training in HR tools, designation of a sponsor, follow-up of the integration during the first six months.
Be the HR point of contact for the management of their careers: active listening, resolution of individual problems, proactive information on internal opportunities, support for mobility, development of individual development plans in conjunction with their manager.
Conduct redeployment and exit interviews.
📣 Support for annual HR processes
Accompany team leaders throughout the annual HR cycle (appraisal interviews, development plans, people reviews, calibrations, etc.).
Ensure the proper appropriation and implementation of HR policies, particularly those related to managerial management and talent development.
🚀 Development of managerial skills
Diagnose individual and collective needs in terms of leadership, communication, conflict management, team management, absenteeism, return to work after a long absence, etc.
Design and lead workshops (individual, collective or intervisions between team leaders) aimed at stimulating skills development, the sharing of good practices and the harmonization of managerial practices.
📈 HR analysis and performance management
Collect, analyze and present relevant HR indicators (Key Performance Indicators) to the teams concerned.
Propose corrective actions and avenues for improvement based on analyses, in line with HR and business issues.
🙏 Collaboration with HR Business Partners
Ensure smooth coordination with the HRBP in charge of the departments concerned to ensure a coherent, aligned and collaborative approach in the management of HR issues.
Profile
Master's degree in HRM, Psychology or Occupational Sciences or equivalent experience in HRM. 🎓
Minimum 3 years of experience in coaching team leaders in an HRBP role (experience in operational management is a major asset).
Good knowledge of team dynamics, work psychology, mechanisms of influence, communication and conflict management.
Strong communication in French: listening, rephrasing and communicating with profiles of different levels.
Very good analytical skills. 🔎
Ability to work in a transversal way, in consulting mode and with a coaching posture.
Sense of confidentiality, results-oriented, collaborative spirit and relational intelligence.
Managerial experience is an additional asset.
