Night Social Worker h.f.x.
Job description
Context
The Maison d'accueil Prévôt is a reception house for men aged 20 to 70 who are in material and moral difficulty. We have reception places divided between the main building and our semi-autonomous houses. Our goal is the long-term reintegration of homeless people who are welcomed.
We believe that reintegration requires the preservation and strengthening of autonomy and action; by building a daily life that makes sense and provides pleasure (training, work, volunteering, collective activities, etc.). The final objective is to think about and build a sustainable solution for the after-home care period.
The provost's house is an integral part, like the Maisons Parenté in Anderlecht and @home 18-24 in Forest, of the non-profit organisation Maisons d'Accueil des Petits Riens approved and subsidised by the COCOF. It offers the residents a place to sit down, rest and rebuild, individualised support and an active role in the house, as well as collective activities.
The teams work to ensure that each resident recovers his or her rights and stabilizes his or her administrative situation.
To complete the night shift, we are actively looking for a full-time Social Worker for a permanent contract.
Mission
Under the responsibility of the Director of the Provost Reception House and the Night Coordinator, the night worker's mission is to provide psycho-medico-social support and collective management of the residents during the night hours in order to guarantee a general atmosphere that is as serene as possible.

Profile
Hold a bachelor's degree with a social orientation, social worker qualification level A1 (social worker, special education teacher)
