Occupational therapist

As an occupational therapist in the occupational therapy department, you analyse the specific needs of clients, advise them in order to provide them with products and technical aids.

👉 On a daily basis: 

• You analyse and detect the client's needs during direct contacts during interviews, home visits, visits to the main place of residence, etc. in order to propose the most appropriate solution(s) for their pathology and lifestyle habits. 

• You advise customers on living arrangements and the use of equipment according to their environment and carry out tests of the equipment carried out at home.

• You will draw up a detailed report for the client and the subsidising bodies. You will also take care of the administrative follow-up by completing and encoding customer information in the overall file. 📝

• You will support the client in submitting subsidy applications for development needs, ensure follow-up with suppliers, establish contacts and requests with private and public partners if necessary.

• You respond to customer complaints and reactions in order to find a solution to the problems identified and ensure a level of quality of service.

• You will be required to participate in a telephone hotline in order to receive and process the various affiliated 📱 requests

• You will participate in working groups in order to co-create new services that offer added value for our affiliates. 

Mandatory criteria:

• You have a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. 🎓

• You are in possession of your B driving licence. 🚗

• You are flexible and mobile in order to respond to requests mainly in Walloon Brabant, with possible reinforcement in Brussels and/or Liège if necessary.

• You keep abreast of the evolution of the profession in terms of regulations and technical and technological advances.

• You communicate easily in French, both orally and in writing.

• You show great listening skills, empathy, but know how to be assertive when necessary. 🙏

• You know how to question yourself and have good ability to adapt to change.

• You are open-minded, autonomous and enjoy teamwork.

• You are creative and like to take initiative.

• You are organized and like administration.

• Proven experience in the field of home furnishing is a plus.

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is a plus
