As a Customer Engagement & Success Employee , you will be part of the Customer Success Team and you will be the bridge between our users, partners and internal teams. You combine warm customer follow-up with proactive outreach and relationship management. You are the person who sets people in motion and guides them.

At Helpper, we are building a network in which people with a request for help can find the support they need in a simple, affordable and personal way. We put them in touch with committed helpers in the area who help them with daily tasks.

👉 Your tasks

 🎧 Customer Success – the voice and heart of Helpper
  • Answering incoming calls, emails and tickets.

  • You always communicate in a clear and empathetic way, even with less digital users.

  • Guiding customers in the use of our platform and ensuring a strong onboarding. 

📞 Outreach & Activation – you get people moving
  • Responsible for the matching calls, where you make the connection between the people seeking help and those who help. 

  • You also try to reactivate doubting customers or dropouts. Through your enthusiasm and persuasiveness, you make the difference.

  • You think me about improvements based on the needs of the target group.

Profile

The Customer Engagement & Success Employee we are looking for is a warm communicator with commercial flair, but also has the following strengths:

  • Not afraid to answer the phone or make outgoing calls.

  • Initial experience in customer success or sales. Familiarity with the healthcare sector is a plus, but not a requirement.

  • You communicate clearly in Dutch (knowledge of French is a plus).

  • You think in terms of solutions and keep a cool head when dealing with questions or complaints.

  • You are enthusiastic and positive. 🤗

  • After all, you are not afraid to critically identify issues and work with the team to find opportunities for optimization.
