Job description
IRIS South Hospitals is looking for,
For the Human Resources Department, located on the Etterbeek-Baron Lambert site in Etterbeek,
An Assistant Self-Employed HR Cell (m/f/x)
For a full-time (38 hours/week) replacement contract (min. 3 months & a half)
What does the job consist of?
Under the supervision of the manager, you play a key role in the administrative management of HR files for independent medical and paramedical staff (doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, etc.)
As such, your main missions are as follows:
- Ensure the complete administrative management of HR files, in compliance with internal procedures and regulations in force
- Process, control and ensure compliance of contract data
- Prepare and ensure the follow-up of files submitted to the decision-making bodies (Medical Framework Commission, Physiotherapists' Coordination Committee, Independents Committee)
- Draft and update letters, agreements, amendments and certificates, and ensure the management of signed administrative documents
- Follow up on medical certificates, renewals of agreements and mandates
- Inform, support and respond to requests from independent staff as part of their administrative procedures
- Remind people of the administrative formalities and transmit the necessary information in the event of changes in contracts, working hours, remuneration or personal situation
- Update and guarantee the reliability of databases
- Communicate the arrivals and departures of freelancers to the relevant departments and the medical community
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (management control, pricing, planning, etc.) and ensure the transmission of useful information
- Identify and escalate any difficulties to the manager to ensure compliance with deadlines and procedures
- Ensure transversal administrative tasks: encoding, filing and archiving, digitization of files
How about we talk about you?
You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (with or without experience) or at least 3 years of experience in administrative management (ideally human resources);
You are very rigorous and fast in the execution of your tasks;
You are a multitasker;
You are fluent in French both orally and in writing;
You have a good command of computer tools (MS Office, Excel, Google suite);
You have a great sense of service, you are customer-oriented and have a sense of hospitality;
You have integrity and act discreetly to manage files confidentially;
You have a knowledge of Dutch;

The desired entry date would be late June/early July

Gross remuneration on the basis of the Ific 14 scale with resumption of seniority:
- Min €3313.66 (index 2.1223)
- Max 5234.62 € (index 2.1223)
