Job description

Qualias, a recognized player in the medical equipment and mobility sector in Brussels, is looking for a passionate bandagist to strengthen its team. We offer a dynamic work environment focused on personalized patient support.

Your missions: under the responsibility of the management, you ensure the complete care of patients.

Advice and sales: welcoming and advising patients on medical equipment (splints, bandages, compression stockings, mobility aids).

Measurement: Carry out precise measurements for the supply of standard or custom-made devices.

Technical aspects: assembly, delivery, maintenance, repairs.

Adaptation and fitting: make the necessary technical adjustments to guarantee the comfort and efficiency of the equipment.

Administrative management: orders, follow-up of reimbursement files in conjunction with mutual insurance companies (INAMI), specific encoding, monthly report, test certificate, etc.

Collaboration: exchange with prescribers (doctors, physiotherapists) to optimise therapeutic follow-up.

Profile

Diploma: you have a bachelor's degree in bandagisterie-orthosiology-prosthesiology recognized in Belgium.

Accreditation: you ideally have the approval of the INAMI (art 27-28-29)

Languages: Fluency in French is essential. Knowledge of Dutch or English is an asset.

Qualities: listening skills, technical precision, empathy and team spirit.

Mobility: B license essential.
