📌 Marketing Internship – Management / Marketing Student (m/f/x)
3 to 5 month internship – Fernelmont – Unpaid (internship agreement)

Do you want to put your marketing skills at the service of a project with a positive impact?
The non-profit organisation UNEOS, created at the beginning of 2025 by the Coopeos cooperative, raises awareness and mobilises citizens in a sustainable way to meet environmental and social challenges together.

We offer a rich and varied internship, allowing you to develop a real marketing approach applied to the environmental and social transition, in a collaborative and committed framework.

👉 Internship missions

Exploration & Positioning 🔎

  • Mapping the actors of awareness (research, interviews)

  • Identify existing tools and animations

  • Analyze the current offer and opportunities to define the positioning of UNEOS

  • Identify target audiences (needs, opportunities, constraints)

  • Contribute to the construction of the pitch and marketing messages

Development and structuring of the awareness-raising 📝 offer

  • Complete and organize the UNEOS animation catalog

  • Create the description sheets of the animations

  • Participate in the creation of new events and awareness programs

  • Offer innovative formats (quizzes, challenges, escape games, etc.)

Monitoring and financing 🚀

  • Identify relevant calls for projects and subsidies

  • Summarize opportunities in a clear and up-to-date table

  • Contribute to the preparation of application files

Support for projects and actions in the field 🤝

  • Conduct research and format documents and presentations

  • Participate in awareness-raising and mobilization events or activities

  • Contribute to marketing missions for the Coopeos cooperative on an ad hoc basis

👀 Who is Uneos ?

Created at the beginning of 2025 at the initiative of the Coopeos cooperative, UNEOS raises awareness and sustainably mobilizes citizens, schools, companies and municipalities around the environmental and social transition.

We develop long-term mobilization programs, aimed at concrete and sustainable behavioral changes, with monitoring of impacts, the valorization of results and the creation of local partnerships.
Our ambition: to contribute to a more sustainable future by empowering everyone, together, to address ecological and social challenges.

Profile

  • Strong interest in the environmental and social 🌱 transition

  • Marketing, communication and/or project management skills

  • Ease in searching for and summarizing information

  • Autonomy, curiosity, creativity, rigor 👌

👩 🏫 What you will learn

Participate in an immersive experience in a cooperative ecosystem:

  • Internship in a non-profit organisation and a cooperative 🌱

  • Work in a coworking space shared with other structures active in the transition

  • Discover the transition ecosystem in Wallonia

  • Develop a marketing approach for a positive impact project

  • Acquire skills in strategic analysis, offer structuring and communication

Your application will be treated discreetly.

 1st interview – by videoconference (Teams)

  • 30 minutes with the HR manager to discuss UNEOS, your background and your motivations for joining us.

  • 30 minutes with the coordinator to deepen the content of the position and your experience.

2nd interview – face-to-face

  • 1 hour to 1h30 of exchanges around the values and the mode of shared governance of UNEOS, as well as to get to know you better.

  • 1 hour meeting with the whole team.
