Job description

We are looking for a talented intern to join our small and growing team and support our growth. This is an exciting opportunity to learn more about CRM operations: understanding customer needs and providing them with great solutions. You will have the opportunity to understand STEP's business and participate in our growth by being one of the first members of the team.

Your missions: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries through emails, calls, chats, and manage CRM tools such as Hubspot;

  • Closely track online leads to convert them into customers (Sales);

  • Plan STEP deliveries to our customers, you will be the owner of the weekly schedule (Ops);

  • Communicate day-to-day needs with the fleet team (Ops, supply chain);

  • Create the " STEP Customer Success " manual and contribute to the development of processes for the entire customer journey, including conversion, onboarding, delivery, repairs and returns (CRM);

  • Create a "wow " effect for customers by excelling in customer service and be an ambassador for STEP for our first customers.


  • Fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory), French is a plus;

  • Valid driver's license (valid for 2 years) and no major offenses or incidents related to alcohol or drugs in the last three years;

  • Professional, outgoing and energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills;

  • Passion for customers; Business ethics: all customers are respected and appreciated;

  • You must have an eye for detail and follow-up;

  • You are passionate about our company's mission and its impact on the cities in which we operate;

  • You are able to work independently and take initiative;

  • You are a team player and no task is too much or too little meaningful to you.
