Job description

As head of the "Suppliers" unit, you will manage accounts payable with rigour and expertise.

You will supervise a team of 6 people, guarantee the reliability and compliance of data, and ensure the consistency of exchanges between accounting, purchasing and logistics.

As an SAP referent, you play a leading role in the optimization of processes and the quality of operations:

🧩 Management

  • Supervise, organize and lead the "Suppliers" team

  • Ensure strict application of hospital accounting procedures

  • Supporting employees in their skills development

📘 Accounts payable

  • Ensure the reliability and compliance of entries in SAP

  • Supervise aging balances, justifications and reconciliations

  • Manage tax returns (VAT, Intracom, 281.50 forms)

  • Actively participate in audits and annual closing

🔗 Coordination & Improvement

  • Be the SAP referent for the supplier unit

  • Guarantee the fluidity of exchanges between accounting, purchasing and logistics

  • Identify, propose and deploy improvements in processes

Profile

📚 Qualifications and experience required

  • Degree in Accounting, Management or Finance (Bachelor's or Master's level)

  • Knowledge of the functionalities of SAP ERP and the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ease with computer tools.

  • Minimum 3 consecutive years of experience in accounts payable, on SAP, in a large company with team management
