Job description

As an operator, your main responsibilities will be the following:

Infrastructure monitoring:

  • You will supervise the buildings and technical installations managed by the Clinics' Technical Control Centre. This involves detecting alarms, incidents, and specific requests, and accurately transmitting them to the right people (whether internal or external). The goal is to resolve these events and monitor their resolution until the situation returns to normal. Adequate reporting is also part of this mission.

Roundman Function:

  • You will be in charge of technical rounds during certain shifts (especially at night, on weekends and on public holidays). In the event of an incident, you will intervene on site to carry out the first troubleshooting actions.

Organization:

  • Compliance with the regulations, procedures and work instructions in force.

  • Collaboration with colleagues to ensure the safety and continuity of the site's operations.

  • Participation in the improvement of the service.

Profile

Technical analysis

  • Ability to assess the criticality of a technical alarm, incident or request for intervention.

  • Technical problem-solving skills.

Computer skills

  • Proficient in common tools such as Outlook, Excel and Word.

Communication

  • Excellent command of the French language, both oral and written.

  • Effective and concise communication with the various interlocutors (internal and external).

  • Respect for the confidentiality of medical and patient information.

Interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently (shift work).

  • Qualities such as politeness, empathy, rigor, methodology and analysis.

  • Assertiveness in interactions.

  • Sense of service and regular follow-up of requests.
