🎯 Your mission
As a Public Procurement Manager, you coordinate the entire public procurement process for our Pharmacy department. You are the guarantor of their compliance, relevance and effectiveness.
🤝 A role at the heart of the hospital
You will work closely with:
Hospital pharmacists and head pharmacists
User doctors, nursing and IT departments
Lawyers and suppliers
You are a true link between medical needs and regulatory requirements.
🛠 Your responsibilities
Drafting specifications: integrating legal and technical aspects, while complying with legislation
Organize and manage the market process: meetings, prospecting, publications, organization of tests, analysis of offers, responses to possible appeals
Manage the public procurement schedule: monitoring deadlines and anticipating needs
Ensure the proper execution of contracts: especially in the event of stock shortages or unforeseen events

Profile
🎓 Qualifications and experience required:
Master's degree in Administrative Sciences
Mastery of the office pack (Excel, Word)
