
Accounts Payable Manager (M/F/X)
Job description
As head of the "Suppliers" unit, you will manage accounts payable with rigour and expertise.
You will supervise a team of 6 people, guarantee the reliability and compliance of data, and ensure the consistency of exchanges between accounting, purchasing and logistics.
As an SAP referent, you play a leading role in the optimization of processes and the quality of operations:
🧩 Management
Supervise, organize and lead the "Suppliers" team
Ensure strict application of hospital accounting procedures
Supporting employees in their skills development
📘 Accounts payable
Ensure the reliability and compliance of entries in SAP
Supervise aging balances, justifications and reconciliations
Manage tax returns (VAT, Intracom, 281.50 forms)
Actively participate in audits and annual closing
🔗 Coordination & Improvement
Be the SAP referent for the supplier unit
Guarantee the fluidity of exchanges between accounting, purchasing and logistics
Identify, propose and deploy improvements in processes
Profile
📚 Qualifications and experience required
Degree in Accounting, Management or Finance (Bachelor's or Master's level)
Knowledge of the functionalities of SAP ERP and the Microsoft Office suite.
Ease with computer tools.
Minimum 3 consecutive years of experience in accounts payable, on SAP, in a large company with team management
