Job description
Bon is a growing lunch and juice bar concept, where fresh, healthy and tasty food is at the heart of everything. With many restaurants already open and several new openings planned, we are looking for reinforcement for our Sales & Marketing team.
Are you a marketer with a solid first professional experience, who likes to work operationally on actions and campaigns clearly aligned with our strategy? Does the idea of local impact marketing, which directly supports sales in our restaurants, give you energy? Then you may be our future Operational Marketeer.
Your missions
As an Operational Marketeer, you are a key link in the Sales & Marketing team. You focus on operational marketing with a strong local impact, which immediately supports sales in restaurants. You work closely with sales teams, restaurant teams and external partners to bring campaigns and actions to life.
Your responsibilities:
Local marketing actions
You will set up local actions and collaborations in and around our restaurants: neighborhood activations, partnerships with local actors and effective visibility at the point of sale.Campaigns for new openings
From local actions and partnerships to targeted online visibility and promotions: with your support of the Sales team, you actively contribute to the success of new openings.Digital Channels and Campaigns
You manage and coordinate our digital channels and campaigns together with external partners. Digital technology supports our physical presence in the city. Targeted collaborations with local food (micro-)influencers or food heroes strengthen our local roots. You contribute to this through relevant proposals, good coordination and rigorous follow-up.Operational Sales Support
You translate marketing ideas into concrete tools and actions, directly usable by sales teams and restaurants.Digital customer relations
You will ensure digital contact with customers in a professional, fluid and solution-oriented manner, via e-mail, social media and online reviews.
Profile
Your profile
You have 1 to 3 years of experience in an operational marketing role, ideally in a food and/or hospitality environment
You are hands-on, organized and able to juggle several projects
You have experience with digital channels, social media and online campaigns
You think local, practical and commercial
You communicate smoothly and professionally, both internally and externally
You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and appreciate a pragmatic approach
You have a real passion for food, hospitality and brands that are close to their customers
