Job description
Les Petits Riens is a social economy enterprise active in the recovery (more than 8,000 tons of textile and miscellaneous goods), and the sale of second-hand goods in its network of 26 stores.
Our team works on its development by valuing donations, by making the purchasing process much more than a simple gesture of consumption.
Our goal is to build customer loyalty by providing them with a unique experience through:
to displays with decorations found in our walls and our donations, transformed by us.
to the staging in our stores to make our products attractive.
Our activity also contributes to the production of educational materials and to training the sales teams on the rules of merchandising and displays.
In this context, we are looking for a person available at the end of January for the position of Visual Merchandiser/Display Designer, to complete our team within the sales department.
Mission
Under the responsibility of the Merchandising and Shop Design Manager, you will be responsible for:
To promote our items and encourage the act of purchase by following the rules of merchandising
Staging store shelves and shelves by making a strategic choice of products
Transmit merchandising rules to the various sales teams in our stores
Contribute to the visibility of our socio-economic company by providing a customer experience in the ten or so stores that will be assigned to you,
Participate in the sorting of products at the factory
Produce communication materials and decorations
Participate in the openings of new points of sale and the reopening of renewed points of sale
Adapt your schedule according to commercial priorities or commercial events
Share information useful for the evolution of your department with the different departments in order to work in a transversal way
Profile
Higher education diploma
Minimum 3 years of experience in textile merchandising is essential
Proven experience in the creation of window displays with mannequins
Passionate about fashion, with a strong product sensitivity
Good view of competitors' merchandising strategies
Ability to globally analyze and organize a commercial space
Interpersonal and pedagogical skills
Organizational Skills
Stress management, flexibility
Using the Office Pack
B licence required to ensure post-related travel
