Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse - NICU 1 & 2 (M/W/X)
Job description
Within our Intensive and Non-Intensive Neonatology Department, we care for babies born between 24 and 37 weeks of pregnancy and/or presenting with severe congenital malformations. If you are passionate about daily challenges and small miracles, you are in the right place! 🌟
Get ready for varied days, where every action counts and where you learn to juggle complex care with developmental care (babywearing, skin-to-skin contact, 4-handed care, breastfeeding, etc.). 🤲💞
We strongly believe in the involvement of parents in care. We team up with them to ensure every newborn feels as comfortable as possible. 👨👩👦
You will have access to cutting-edge techniques, such as delayed cord clamping resuscitation (Lifestart) or the management of neonatal neurological disorders 🧠 (NeuroNIC project).
Moreover, the entire architecture of the department has been designed to create an environment that significantly reduces potentially painful stimuli (noise, light, pain, movement, etc.). 🌈
Our department has 29 beds (24 intensive and 5 non-intensive) for a length of stay ranging from 3 days to 3 months.
You will work hand in hand 🤝 with a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative atmosphere conducive to clinical research and teaching 🎓.
By joining us, you will benefit from continuous training (ARCA baby, developmental care, etc.) and participate in innovative projects (such as the "zero separation" project since the delivery room). 💡
If you want to make a real difference in the lives of newborns and their families, join a committed team right now that puts people at the heart of its actions! ❤️💪
