💉 You will also contribute to our hospital's continuous improvement process through your nursing duties:

• You demonstrate skills in the specialty. You perform the nursing anamnesis, and analyze and interpret data.

• You establish a nursing diagnosis and validate it in collaboration with the patient and their loved ones.

• You develop the care schedule for each patient in accordance with the care plan and evaluate it.

• You apply all required preventive measures to patients to prevent the occurrence of sentinel events.

• You comply with legislation, care techniques, protocols, and institutional procedures.

• You are committed to professional development.

• You demonstrate a sense of observation, discernment, and judgment.

• You show creativity, reflectiveness, and act as an agent of change within your team.

• You establish and maintain friendly relationships with the patient, their loved ones, members of the multidisciplinary team, and other hospital departments.

• You inform the patient about the care provided, scheduled examinations, and implemented treatments, and verify the level of integration of the information provided.

• You communicate all relevant information using professional language.

🎓 Required qualifications and experience:

• You hold a bachelor's or certified nursing degree. 

• You have a perfect command of French (B2 level).
