IT Project Manager

At Line Corner Consulting, we support stakeholders in the energy sector with their business, digital, and IT transformation projects.

As part of our business growth, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team and contribute to IT transformation projects.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT projects: ensure project scoping, planning, execution, and monitoring, from identifying needs to deploying solutions.

• Define and structure projects: clarify objectives, scope, deliverables, required resources, and the various implementation stages.

• Coordinate teams and stakeholders: ensure effective collaboration between Business and IT teams, technical experts, and external partners.

• Ensure operational project monitoring: track activity progress, manage priorities, and ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and commitments.

• Manage risks and dependencies: identify potential obstacles, anticipate impacts, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

• Implement effective project governance: organize and lead monitoring meetings, project committees, and steering committees, while ensuring clear and regular reporting.

• Support IT transformation projects: contribute to application modernization, system migrations, the integration of new solutions, and the evolution of technological environments.

• Supervise deployment phases: coordinate testing, validation, go-live, and transition activities to operational teams.

• Manage external vendors and partners: coordinate service providers, track their deliverables, and ensure compliance with commitments.

You will thrive in a dynamic environment where your ability to structure, coordinate, and drive projects forward will be essential to contributing to the success of IT transformation initiatives.

Experience and technical skills:

• You have proven experience of at least 5 years in IT project management, ideally in consultancy or in the energy sector.

• You have experience in driving cross-functional projects within complex environments.

• You are proficient in the main project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, PRINCE2 or PMP.

• You have a good understanding of IT environments, application architectures and system integration challenges.

• You have ideally participated in digital transformation, migration or IT solution modernization projects.

• You are comfortable with budget monitoring, risk management and external stakeholder coordination.

• You master common project management and tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project or equivalents).

• A good knowledge of the energy sector (suppliers, DSO, TSO, e-mobility, metering, smart meters, etc.) is a real asset.

• You are fluent in professional French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is a real asset👌
