Analytics Project Manager

At the heart of the digital transformation of Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc, the Analytics Project Manager coordinates cross-functional projects related to the reuse, sharing, and enhancement of health data.

Reporting to the Program Management Officer and working in close collaboration with the Head of the Medical Data Analytics Service and the Reporting Manager, he/she acts as the liaison between business needs, data teams, IT services, researchers, medical teams, and external partners.

Main responsibilities:

• frame and plan projects: requirements, resources, workloads, deadlines, and deliverables;
• coordinate the activities of the Medical Data Analytics service and its partners;
• analyze data flows, sources, and sharing methods;
  facilitate alignment between user needs and the technical capabilities of the EHR and the analytical infrastructure;
• ensure data quality, security, and compliance tracking;
• identify risks and bottlenecks and contribute to their resolution;
  coordinate interactions with various internal and external stakeholders;
• contribute to the improvement, documentation, and automation of processes;
• support technological and regulatory developments related to health data.

A key role in bridging data expertise, medical challenges, and project management, and translating hospital needs into concrete solutions.

We are looking for a professional capable of combining data expertise, an understanding of the hospital environment, and coordination skills.

Requirements:

• a degree in IT, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a similar scientific field;
• minimum 4 years of experience in a hospital environment, ideally in an Electronic Health Record context;
• experience in project management and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders;
• good knowledge of medical information systems and data flows;
• Epic certifications on at least two EHR modules;
• good command of data extraction, processing, and transmission tools; knowledge of SQL and/or BI is an asset;
• good understanding of data governance, security, and regulatory issues, notably GDPR and the AI Act.
