Infirmier pour les soins palliatifs (H/F/X)
Job description
Continuous and palliative care is intended for people suffering from a severe, progressive illness for which curative treatments have reached their limits, regardless of age or pathology. Its objective is to improve quality of life by relieving symptoms and providing comprehensive medical, psychological, social, and spiritual support. It prioritizes comfort and well-being, without excluding the resources of modern medicine when these contribute to this objective.
Palliative care is based on a respectful approach to the person, considered as a whole, involving them in decisions concerning them and taking into account their pace, values, and projects. It is not reserved for the end of life and can be offered earlier in the course of the disease, sometimes in addition to treatments aimed at slowing its progression.
By joining us, you participate in our hospital's continuous improvement process through your nursing missions:
- Establish a nursing diagnosis and validate it in collaboration with the patient and their loved ones

- Establish and maintain friendly relationships with the patient, their loved ones, members of the multidisciplinary team, and other hospital departments
