Infirmier Chef de Proximité for internal medicine units (M/W/X)
Job description
Join a unique project to create a large internal medicine unit and help shape the healthcare organizations of tomorrow, starting today.
Your role
Want to contribute to a major transformation project?
Internal medicine units 43 and 44 are embarking on the creation of a large care unit aimed at strengthening the consistency of practices, the quality of patient support, and proximity management. In this context, we are looking for two Head Nurses (Infirmier·ère·s Chef·fe·s de Proximité) to join a new organization and actively participate in its construction.
At the heart of this project, you will join a nursing management trio consisting of a Nurse Coordinator and two Head Nurses (Infirmier·ère·s Chef·fe·s de Proximité). Together, you will develop a shared vision, strengthen collaboration between teams, and create the conditions for a high-performing and human care organization.
The first step of the project will consist in building a solid, committed team united around common objectives. Once this foundation is consolidated, you will participate in the deployment of innovative practices in care organization, coordination, information transmission, and professional development, in line with the institutional projects of Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc.
As a Head Nurse (Infirmier·ère· Chef·fe de Proximité), you play a key role in the daily support of teams, the organization of activities, the quality and safety of care, as well as in change management. Your field leadership will contribute directly to the success of this new organization.
Your main missions:
Support and develop teams:
- Supervise staff on a daily basis, foster a positive working climate, support skills development, integrate new professionals and students, and promote everyone's engagement.
Organize care:
- Coordinate the daily activity of the unit, adapt resources to patient needs, ensure continuity of care, and contribute to smooth pathways in collaboration with the various stakeholders.
Ensure the quality and safety of care:
- Ensure compliance with procedures and best practices, and support continuous improvement.
Foster communication and collaboration:
- Develop smooth communication between teams and care partners, and encourage interdisciplinarity.
Would you like to exercise a hands-on role where your leadership, expertise, and commitment contribute every day to the quality of care and team development? Join us and give meaning to your professional commitment.
