In this context of strong growth, we are looking for an HR Project Manager - Early Childhood Development capable of combining strategic vision, field proximity, and operational excellence.
As a true HR partner for the Early Childhood division, you play a key role in the project's success by attracting, recruiting, onboarding, and retaining talent. You also contribute to the human support of teams when taking over existing structures and support management in leading change.
Regularly present in the field, you develop a fine understanding of operational realities and build HR solutions tailored to the specific challenges of the Early Childhood sector.
This is a particularly strategic function in a launch phase: you participate in building the human foundations of the division and actively contribute to its future development.
On a daily basis:
You drive the recruitment strategy and hiring plan
Translate the division's growth needs into concrete and innovative recruitment actions.
Ensure end-to-end recruitment for various Early Childhood professions.
Maintain and develop useful recruitment partnerships (schools, training organizations, professional networks, etc.).
Analyze recruitment indicators and propose continuous improvement actions.
You support the onboarding and retention of employees
Design and deploy onboarding paths for new employees.
Provide human support to teams from acquired structures to promote a smooth transition.
Develop actions that foster engagement, a sense of belonging, and talent retention.
Identify turnover factors and implement preventive solutions.
Ensure monitoring of HR indicators related to retention and employee experience.
You are a major driver of change management
Support teams and management during structural takeovers and organizational changes.
Facilitate the harmonization of HR practices while respecting the identity and history of the integrated teams.
Drive HR communication and foster constructive social dialogue.
Support childcare facility managers in their role as managers and change agents.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and sustainable social climate.
You develop skills and talent
Identify skills development needs.
Build and monitor the division's training plans.
Ensure compliance with sector-specific training obligations.
Support employees in their professional development.
Support the skills development of management and key functions.
You contribute to the HR life of the division
Act as the privileged HR contact point for teams and operational managers.
Participate in initiatives related to well-being, psychosocial risk prevention, and employee experience.
Collaborate closely with Partenamut HR teams and external partners.
Work in close collaboration with the person in charge of payroll and personnel administration.
You analyze HR and financial challenges
Contribute to headcount monitoring and personnel needs analysis.
Ensure the balance between staffing ratios, operational realities, and the financial sustainability of the division.
Develop dashboards and indicators necessary for managing HR activities.
Profile
Hold a Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Work Psychology, Management, Social Sciences, or equivalent experience.
Possess proven experience in recruitment, HR development, or talent management.
Ideally evolved in a labor shortage environment or in the non-profit sector.
Combine strategic vision and operational implementation capability.
Be capable of supporting change in sensitive and evolving contexts.
Demonstrate autonomy, organization, and rigor.
Know how to create connections, unite, and build a climate of trust.
