Welcome to a department that is inventing the healthcare of tomorrow.
At Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc, our unit is part of a pilot project that will redefine the organization of hospital care. Currently 24 beds, tomorrow 48: we are growing, and we want to grow with you.
Your daily routine? Never the same twice.
You will support patients with diverse profiles ranging from neurosurgery (cranial, spinal, oncological, functional) to orthopedic interventions (spine), ENT, ophthalmological, and maxillofacial procedures in a department where the diversity of care pathways enriches your expertise on a daily basis.
Here, every action counts. Your clinical judgment and nursing autonomy, supported by close collaboration with care assistants, make all the difference within a team where mutual support and multidisciplinarity are not just empty words.
And on the management side?
You will experience true innovation from the inside: a trio of nurse managers who work with you to build new ways of handing over, coordinating, and securing the patient journey. A larger team also means a better-distributed workload, more leeway, and less isolation when dealing with complex care. Your ideas matter, and so do your projects.

Profile
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Brevet nursing degree
- Proficiency in French (minimum B2 level)
- Ease with basic computer tools

- Knowledge or experience in neurosurgery, ENT, and/or stomatology
- Mastery of another language (Dutch, English, etc.)
