Your main responsibilities
· Support patients by building a trusting therapeutic relationship, supporting them through their care journey, and promoting their autonomy.
· Ensure clinical monitoring and patient safety, prevent crisis situations, and intervene appropriately when necessary.
· Perform prescribed nursing care or care falling within your independent role: administration of treatments, clinical monitoring, technical procedures, and monitoring their evolution.
· Participate in individual and group therapeutic activities in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
· Inform and support patients and their loved ones by listening, providing information, and supporting them through the various stages of their care.
· Contribute to the continuity of care by participating in handovers, multidisciplinary meetings, and the development of individualized therapeutic projects.
· Ensure the administrative follow-up of care and complete the nursing record rigorously.
Your team and environment
· Join a close-knit and caring team composed of 6 nurses and 1 care assistant, supervised by Noureddine Rafiaa, Head Nurse, who promotes collaboration, active listening, and skills development.
· You will work within a human-sized psychiatric unit accommodating up to 30 patients, where the quality of care and the therapeutic relationship take center stage.
· You will work in a pleasant environment designed for everyone's well-being. The unit features friendly living spaces, a lounge, a large room dedicated to meals and therapeutic activities, as well as a garden with a vegetable patch and rabbits. A soothing setting that contributes to patient recovery and offers teams a particularly pleasant workplace.

· You possess an excellent sense of observation, allowing you to quickly identify changes in patients' physical or psychological states and act accordingly.
· You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate effectively with doctors, psychologists, social workers, and all healthcare professionals.
