Nurse for the mobile loco-neuro-sciences team (M/F/X)
Job description
The purpose of the mobile team is to replace a team member or augment a team to ensure continuity of care and patient safety when services are challenged due to a last-minute absence or a significantly higher than normal workload.
The nurses in our mobile teams provide the units with access to competent, versatile staff trained in institutional procedures.
As a nurse for the loco-neuro-sciences mobile team, you:
- Demonstrate skills in the field of leuko-neuro-sciences
- Perform the nursing history, analyze and interpret the data
- Plan care in accordance with the care plan and evaluate its effectiveness
- Apply all the necessary preventive measures to patients in order to avoid the occurrence of sentinel events
- Comply with applicable protocols , procedures, and legislation
- Engage in professional development
- Demonstrate a sense of observation, discernment, creativity, and demonstrate an ability to be an agent of change
- Establish and maintain good relationships with the patient, their loved ones and the multidisciplinary team
- Inform the patient about care, examinations and treatments, and check for understanding
- Convey relevant information with professional language
Profile
Qualifications and experience required :
- You hold a bachelor's or certified nursing diploma or hold a diploma equivalence provided by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation
- You have a perfect knowledge of French (level B2)

- You are concerned about your professional development and the evolution of the nursing profession
