Job description
Welcome to a service that is inventing the care of tomorrow.
At the Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc, our unit is part of a pilot project that will redefine the organization of hospital care. Today 24 beds, tomorrow 48: we are growing, and we want to grow with you.
Your daily life? Never the same one twice.
You will accompany patients with a variety of profiles from neurosurgery (cranial, spinal, oncological, functional) to orthopaedic (spine), ENT, ophthalmological and maxillofacial interventions in a department where the diversity of care feeds your expertise on a daily basis.
Here, every gesture counts. Your clinical judgment and nursing autonomy supported by close collaboration with the nursing assistants make the difference, within a team where mutual aid and multidisciplinarity are not empty words.
And on the management side?
You will experience a real innovation from the inside: a trio of nursing managers who build with you new ways of transmitting, coordinating and securing the patient journey. A larger team also means a better distributed workload, more margin, and less isolation in the face of complex care. Your ideas count, and so do your projects.

Profile
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Certified Nursing Diploma
- Fluency in French (minimum B2 level)
- Fluency with basic computer tools

- Rigour, sense of organization and prioritization of care
- Ability to support patients and their families in sometimes complex situations

- Fluency in another language (Dutch, English, etc.)
