Job description
The Customer Services team is currently looking for a Customer Contact Co-worker. The Customer Services team offers a quality service to our customers, this is usually done by phone or e-mail because we are mainly a remote bank. 💻 The team is based in Brussels and once you are fully operational, working from home is possible.
As a Customer Contact Co-worker, you are active in a team of 9 colleagues who are responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing customer contacts as part of the management of their business relationships.
The Teamlead distributes the various operational objectives on a daily basis and tries to offer each co-worker maximum versatility and variety in his or her work.
👉 You perform and are responsible for the following operational and commercial tasks:
As the first point of contact, you will provide a high-quality service to our individual and business customers in connection with their banking products, in particular payment and savings products and investments.
You inform customers and/or prospects about Triodos Bank's unique position and approach.
You answer all incoming questions from our customers via the various contact channels.
In this capacity, you are responsible for listening to the customer's needs and guaranteeing that they will get the products and services they want on time.
You will ensure the administrative follow-up of the files of our private and professional customers. For example, these are certain documents for opening an account or each change related to an account.
Profile
You are in possession of a bachelor's degree and ideally a master's degree or similar experience. 🎓
You preferably have a first experience in customer service or in the financial sector.
You are customer-oriented, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team. 🤝
You know how to detect business opportunities and inform our customers with basic information on all our products, in case of a complex case, you ensure the follow-up by a colleague specialized in the field.
You have a very good command of French, both written and oral. You have a good level of Dutch, and you are willing to improve. A good knowledge of English is also an interesting asset.
You are willing to work a mixed schedule of 37 hours/week with both fixed and floating schedules, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. as needed. The Daily Banking team organises a daily telephone hotline between 9 am and 1 pm. 📞
