As a Brewery Manager, you ensure a qualitative and personalized experience for customers and visitors. You manage the teams and maintain the economic and commercial performance of the establishment, in compliance with quality and safety standards.

👉 Your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Customer service and hospitality: You will take a warm and caring approach to our customers. You build trust and offer personalized service.

• Management and Leadership: you are responsible for managing orders, schedules and supervising the team. You are also responsible for the recruitment and training of students and employees.

• Organization and efficiency: You ensure that wait times are limited and that an excellent customer experience is maintained. You coordinate the kitchen and manage the caterers. 📝

• Quality & Hygiene: You ensure that the brewery remains an example in terms of hygiene and quality. You are responsible for the stock, the smooth running of the brewery.

• Sales and turnover: You maximize sales and contribute to the commercial success of our establishment. 📈

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the HORECA or mass distribution sector.

• You have already managed a team, and demonstrate leadership.

• You are customer-oriented, results-oriented, and solution-oriented.

• You are smiling, organized and rigorous. 😊

• You are pragmatic, recognized for your sense of responsibility.

• You are dynamic and you like to invest in the clients and the team. 💪

• You are fluent in French. Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is an asset.
