In our organization, 3 waiters in the dining room take turns running the café-restaurant during all the opening hours of the week. An serveu.r.se in the room:
Ensures the opening (mise en place) or closing of the café
Performs and/or supervises all tasks related to the service in the dining room
Advises and sells food and beverages while mastering the menu and the origin of the products
Takes an interest, understands and defends the values of the Alterez-Vous in contact with customers, suppliers and the team
Manages his/her team (1 to 2 people as a waiter) and collaborates with the kitchen team
Training and assistance in the recruitment of new team members
Develops the position by contributing ideas for continuous improvement in collaboration with the team
Transversal responsibilities according to affinities and organization with the dining room team: schedules, stock management or other tasks related to the sector
Leadership, initiative, organizational skills and autonomy in work
Developed sense of human contact, you transmit good energy to those around you
Good physical condition and good presentation
Flexible in terms of working hours, solidarity in the team to overcome scheduling difficulties and unforeseen events
Proficiency in basic office software, responsiveness to emails
Horeca experience and knowledge of service techniques in the dining room and/or sales are a plus
Knowledge of and/or keen interest in the social economy and social entrepreneurship
Lunch (10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and dinner (5:30 p.m. to 00:30 a.m.) services
No closed hours and closed on Sundays
Salary based on the scales of the Joint Committee 302.00 Cat V
Coverage of transport costs in accordance with the law
Various training courses offered (beer and wine tastings, first aid, sales techniques, social economy, etc.)
