As a Sous Chef, you play a key role in the smooth running of the kitchen. As the Chef's right-hand man, you will ensure operational coordination, guarantee compliance with quality standards and ensure continuity of service in the event of the Chef's absence.
👉 Your main responsibilities are as follows :
Supervise the implementation and execution of the service in collaboration with the Chief. 🍴
Ensure the management of the kitchen in the event of the Chef's absence (illness, holidays, etc.).
Organize the team's schedules by ensuring a balanced distribution of tasks.
Manage product orders, goods receipts , and inventory.
Apply hygiene standards (HACCP) and ensure compliance with kitchen procedures.
Supervise the team by fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere. 🤗
Actively participate in the preparation of dishes and the development of new recipes.
Profile
You have 2 to 3 years ' professional experience as a cook or sous-chef.
You have a degree in cooking or equivalent training.
You demonstrate excellent organizational and priority management skills. 👌
You are able to make decisions quickly in stressful situations.
You adopt a proactive attitude and know how to anticipate needs in the kitchen.
You communicate effectively with your colleagues and foster team spirit.
