Job description

Brasserie Surréaliste is a young micro-brewery founded by two brothers in 2021. On a green square in the centre of Brussels, the Surrealist project combines brewing production and a place to live with its restaurant, bar and beer shop.

In addition to our beers brewed on site, the bar offers a sharp selection of local and foreign beers, natural wines and high-flying cocktails. The restaurant is open in the evening from Wednesday to Saturday and offers bistronomic and convivial cuisine.

Responsibilities

Ensure the preparation and service of dishes
Collaborate with the chef and the rest of the kitchen
Assist with food orders, inventory, and inventory
Maintaining optimal kitchen organization on a daily basis
Participate in the creation of recipes and experiments (fermentations, beer dishes,...)
Ensure that health and safety standards are met

Profile

Graduated from hotel school or at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
Passion for cooking and good products
Team player and able to work under pressure
Creativity and attention to detail 🔍
