With the combination of local micro-brewery, food sharing, beer shop and art space, Brasserie Surréaliste transports you through its universe between surrealism and splendor in an extraordinary place.
In addition to our beers brewed on site, the restaurant offers a sharp selection of local and foreign beers, natural wines and psychedelic cocktails.

Missions:
Manage kitchen staff and organize the schedule
Manage food orders, inventory, and inventories
Maintain optimal kitchen organization on a daily basis
Setting, preparing and serving dishes according to our vision
Participate in the creation of new dishes and update the menu according to seasonal changes
Keep the kitchen clean and tidy, in compliance with the FASFC
Profile
Min. 3 years of relevant experience in a similar restaurant/kitchen (min. 100 seats/shift)
Dynamic, ambitious and team player with a big smile
Passionate about the right products
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Able to work in a team
Willing to work nights and weekends
