Job description
Within our organization, the finance department is made up of three departments; the accounting department, management control and customer service/collection.
Smart wants to strengthen its Finance Department and is looking for a Senior Account Manager (m/f/x).
👉 Within the collection/customer service department and under the responsibility of the Chief Financial Officer, your main missions will be to:
Energize, optimize and organize customer service
Cultivate a relationship of trust and service with customers 🤝
Ensure the rigorous follow-up of customer payments to ensure timely settlement and efficient collection of receivables.
Provide support and referral to other customer relationship managers
Ensure the administrative and organizational management of the service, as well as customer follow-up, while maintaining constructive communication and a positive image of Smart
Profile
You have 5 years' proven experience in customer relations
You have significant experience in the management of litigation cases (legal proceedings, payment orders, etc.) as well as in the implementation of post-litigation actions (enforcement monitoring, coercive measures, etc.). 📝
You have a basic knowledge of accounting and finance (invoicing, VAT in particular)
Knowledge of how the cooperative model works is a plus
You have a perfect command of French or Dutch, and you have a good knowledge of the other national language as well as English. The linguistic diversity within the team allows us to respond effectively to the needs of our customers in the 3 languages.
You demonstrate a good knowledge of the practices, rules and challenges of customer relations
You have good writing skills, telephone fluency and good elocution 😊
You have the ability to interpret, monitor and implement procedures, while adopting a constructive critical posture with a view to improving them.
You know how to negotiate
You are proficient in communication tools: phone, email, mail and MS office and Excel tools
