
Product Owner - Third Party Integration
Job description
Smart's IT Department is organized around three complementary divisions: the product division, the development division and the infrastructure division.
As part of the strengthening of the product department – a close-knit team of 8 passionate colleagues – we are looking for a Product Owner specialized in the integration of third-party applications. 💻
As a Product Owner third party integration, you will be responsible for the management and evolution of the third-party application solutions that make up our ecosystem (e.g. Sage, ForHRM, Cobea). You will work directly with our external partners as well as with the internal technical and business teams to ensure stable, scalable solutions aligned with our needs. You will play a key role in maintaining operational conditions and the continuous improvement of our application park.
👉 Your missions
Application supplier relations:
Be the main contact for publishers and service providers (Sage, ForHRM, Cobea, etc.)
Track contracts, SLAs, incidents and ensure clear reporting
Organize steering committees and regular meetings
Manage requests for functional changes in line with business needs
Participate in the functional framing and definition of application roadmaps
Backlog management and technical coordination:
Prioritize, refine, and schedule corrective and evolutionary maintenance requests
Actively participate in agile rituals (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, etc.)
Coordinate work with dev teams (front, back, data, devops)
Interface with internal stakeholders:
Collaborate closely with business referents to qualify and prioritize needs
Work in synergy with the PM, BA, UX of the product team

Profile
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, management engineering or civil engineering. 🎓
You haveat least 5 years of experience in the management of third-party applications (ERP, HRIS, etc.).
👌 You are proficient in :
Agile / Scrum methodologies
Supplier management and contractual/SLA monitoring
Ticketing tools, ideally Jira
✨ You distinguish yourself by :
A great capacity for analyzing complex systems
Excellent communication, both with technical and business profiles
Good assertiveness and strength of conviction
Your autonomy, your rigor and your sense of responsibility
A perfect command of French (oral/written) and a good understanding of English
