Job description

As an Administrative Intern, you will process incoming mail and dispatch it to the right department.

On a day-to-day basis:

  • You analyze incoming letters (papers, emails). 

  • You assign the requests to the appropriate department.

  • Depending on your interest in the job and your degree of autonomy, you may be assigned additional tasks.

Profile

  • You are in training in an administrative orientation.

  • You are precise and have an eye for detail.

  • You are a French speaker with a good passive knowledge of Dutch.

  • You are results-oriented, resourceful and enjoy working in a team
