
Product Manager (Digital)
Job description
As a Product Manager (Digital), you mainly develop the areas of prevention and support for the customer, in order to engage them in effective and differentiating care of their health. The scope of the function is mainly digital but can affect other channels.
You will work closely with the Innovation, CX/UX and digital teams to optimize and evolve the existing digital value proposition. 💻✨
You design new offers according to a SAFe management system.
You will work with a Product Owner to manage the backlog and mobilize your analytical, pedagogical and communication skills to support the teams in this evolution towards new types of products.
👉 On a daily basis:
You build a vision of the short and long-term prevention and guidance offer, and you implement it with a priority on digital channels.
You will improve and grow the existing digital offer of customer support and guidance .
You will ensure project management by applying the principles of Agility and Scrum.
You will collaborate with the Innovation, IT, digital channels, Sales & Marketing teams as well as with the operational departments to define the roadmap, track the deliverables and manage the backlog of the products for which you are responsible.
You will supervise user research and testing, and work closely with designers and developers throughout the process.
You identify and validate opportunities for new features with added value for the customer or their optimization, and contribute to the drafting of requirements, user stories, as well as the design, development and user acceptance testing phases.
You will collaborate with the Marketing team to develop a differentiating positioning and impactful messages.
You will contribute to the development of the business case and P&L for new product developments, and define the criteria for success.
You monitor and evaluate performance in order to promote iterations and continuous improvement (objectives, KPIs, reporting).
Profile
Your profile as a Product Manager (Digital):
You have at least 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management , with a practice in Project Management and intensive collaboration with the IT and data teams. 💻
You have a strategic vision and the ability to get management and teams on board around innovative projects.
You have a background in usability and customer-focused design, with a passion for product development aimed at solving customer and business frictions .
You are an efficient data user and have a good knowledge of back-end and front-end languages.
You have strong financial and analytical skills to support decision-making.
You excel at managing priorities, with effective negotiation and communication skills.
You demonstrate teaching skills to accompany and support transformation within teams.
Ideally, you have experience in the healthcare sector, which is a great asset.
You demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals.
